摘要 开发了一种新型的以PC104总线控制为核心的内燃、电力机车单元制动器工作状况(制动或缓解)监测系统。该监测系统采用嵌入式计算机PC104作为控制核心的信号处理装置,通过液晶屏实时显示汽缸气体压力状态以及每个单元制动器制动或缓解的动作过程,使机车操作者随时了解机车运行或整个作业每个单元制动器的工作状况;系统在监测电箱设计中采用带大屏幕显示的PC104总线计算机,实现了信息显示、数据存储、数据通讯和数据转储的功能,实现了制动工况的全面监测、故障报警和数据储存,确保了整个机车的安全运行。 In this paper a new kind of monitoring device based on PC104 is developed, which is used to monitor operating condition of each arrester of gas engine and electric motor. As the core part of controlling, the PC104 computer is an important signal processing device. Each operator can know the working condition of the running engine or the whole operating process at any time by displaying gas pressure of cylinder and the acting process of each arrester on the screen in real time. At the same time, the system has such functions as displaying information, saving date, communicating date and transferring data. The monitoring technique for braking condition of gas engine has been improved as well as disorder warning and data saving in order to insure the safety of the running engine.
