Traditional e-business is complicated to implement and costly. Web Service technology based on XML is introduced, which uses WSDL to describe, uses SOAP to access and uses UDDI to search and integrate. It ignores the difference of programming languages and platforms, making the integration among enterprises more convenient. The dynamic e-business based on Web Service emphasizes the interoperability among programs, and changes the leading effect of customers in early B2C e-business. It has many advantages in finding new business partners and integrating among business entities.
