摘要
选择来自我国12省市有代表性的101株禾谷镰刀菌菌株,比较它们在PDA培养基上的表型性状以及在CMS液中的产孢量;并于田间小麦开花期,用单花剪滴法接种3个抗赤霉病性不同的小麦品种,鉴定其致病力,用SAS软件进行统计分析。结果表明,菌落扩展速度不同的菌株间,其致病力差异显著;相关分析证实, 菌落扩展速度与致病力之间呈极显著线性正相关(P=0.000 3),菌丝生长状况与致病力之间呈极显著非线性相关(P=0.008 3),而基质颜色和产孢量与致病力没有相关性。这些结果说明,禾谷镰刀菌菌落的扩展速度及菌丝生长状况与致病力之间具有共同的遗传基础或遗传相关性。
In this study 101 Fusarium graminearum isolates selected from a large collection isolated from 12 provinces of China were investigated for their culture phenotypes in PDA media, condia spore production in CMS broth and pathogenicity on three different wheat cultivars with different levels of scab resistance assayed in field with single floret dipping inoculation. The results indicate that there was a significant difference of the pathogenicity among the isolates with various colony spreading rates in the media. Correlation analyses further demonstrated a very significant linear correlation between the colony spreading rate of the fungal isolates and their pathogenicity (P = 0. 000 3), and a very significant nonlinear correlation between the mycelium growth and pathogenicity (P=0. 000 3). However, no correlation was observed between matrix color or conidia spore production and pathogenicity. These results suggest that the colony spreading rate and mycelium growth of F. graminearum isolates and their pathogenicity may share a common genetic background or have a close genetic correlation.
