安氟醚和异氟醚对山羊心血管及肝、肾功能的影响

摘要 为了观察安氟醚和异氟醚对山羊心血管及肝肾功能的影响,将16只山羊随机分为2组,分别用2% 安氟醚和1.5%异氟醚麻醉。安氟醚组心率在2 min显著升高,平均动脉变化不显著;异氟醚组心率在麻醉最初4 min内显著升高,平均动脉压在2 min时显著升高;2组山羊血清酶及肌酐、尿素氮含量变化均不显著。 To evaluate effect of enflurane and isoflurane on heart rates , blood pressure and hepato-nephric functions,sixteen goats were randomly allotted into two groups, anesthetized with 2% enflurane and 1. 5% isoflurane, respectively. In the enflurane-anesthetized goats, heart rates rose (P<0. 05) at 2 min, but mean blood pressures on femoral artery were not different (P> 0. 05) from those before the anesthesia. Heart rates and mean blood pressures in the isoflurane-anesthetized goats increased (P< 0. 05) between 1 to 4 min and at 2 min, respectively. CRE and BUN in both groups were not different from those before the anesthesia (P>0. 05).
