摘要
结合我国秸秆还田的现状及对机械技术发展的需求,提出了一种基于犁耕基础上的集土壤翻耕与高秆翻埋功能于一体,结构紧凑、使用方便、性能可靠的机械化技术方案及配套装置。通过田间模拟试验及数据分析,表明残留秸秆高度对秸秆回弹系数有特别显著影响,镇压力对秸秆回弹系数有显著影响。
By studying the actuality of straw returning in our country and the demand of its mechanical technological development,the paper presented a kind of mechanization technology scheme and the complement device on basis of plough. It combined the functions of plowing soils and overturning high straws. It had the specificities of compact structure and easy operation and reliable performance. Through field simulation test and data analysis,the result indicated that the height of residual straws had specially significant effect on the rebound coefficient of straws and the pressure had significant effect on the rebound coefficient of straws.
