摘要
建立校本教研制度是促进历史教师专业发展的必然要求,是提升普通高中历史教师实施新课程能力和水平的重要保障。立足普通高中历史新课程教学实践,探索有效自我反思、同伴互助、专业引领和行动跟进的方式、方法,有助于解决历史教学实践中的问题,改进教学行为,提高教学质量。
To found the school-based curriculum research system is necessary for the improvement of general senior secondary school history teachers.And it is also the important guarantee of the history teachers’ ability to carry out the new curriculum.It helps to solve the problems in the history teaching practice and improve the teaching conduct and quality to find out the effective ways of reflection,partners’ mutual aid,speciality guidance and following up actions.
