摘要
节流阀是节流压井的关键设备,其性能的好坏直接影响石油天然气勘探开发成96本和质量。在高压油气藏的勘探开发中,多次因节流阀失效而发生井喷失控险情,甚至导致井喷事故。文章分析了现场普遍使用的高压针形节流阀的失效形式主要是冲蚀磨损、阀芯脱落和阀杆断裂等,并在此基础上讨论了这些失效形式产生的原因;以锥形阀为例分析了导致针形节流阀阀芯受轴向液压推力和横向振动原因,得出了阀芯受轴向液压推力计算公式,提出了结构改进和使用方面的建议,具有一定的参考价值。
Throttle valve is the key equipment of the operation for throttling and killing wells. Its performance will directly affect the cost and quality of oil/gas exploration and production. In the exploration and development of high- pressure reservoirs, many dangerous cases even accidents of blowout happen because of the throttle valve failing. The failure of high-pressure needle valves that are commonly used in the fields is mainly caused by erosion abrasion, valve core falling, valve rod breaking, etc. According to the appearances, the reasons to cause the failure are discussed. Taking the needle valves as example, the origins causing the axial hydraulic pressure and the lateral vibration of valve core are analyzed. And the calculating formula is derived for the axial hydraulic pressure of valve core. The suggestions are proposed to improve the structure and utilization, which has some value of reference.
