我国当代大学生的道德人格特征与建构

Talk About the Character and the Construction of Moral Personality of Contemporary College Students

道德人格是透视和把握大学生道德素质的一个窗口,它是道德素质的集中体现。目前,我国大学生的道德人格随着时代变迁而呈现出"四轻四重"的新特征,即重个体轻集体的道德价值取向、重时尚轻传统的道德品质认同、重外显轻内隐的道德信仰选择、重感性轻理性的道德行为表征。大学生道德人格的这些变化是社会转型与道德相对独立性交互作用的结果。为此,要通过内容的整合以及创新的思路与途径进行道德人格的建构,以促进我国当代大学生道德素质的提高。

<Abstrcat>Moral personality is a window to scan and grasp the moral quality of college students, of which is the concentrated embodiment. At present, along with the era vicissitude, the moral personality of college students in our country has been showing itself with new characteristic as following 'slight four and respect four'. They take much of individual rather than collectivity in the value judgment, vogue than tradition in the self-identity, exterior than inherence in belief, and geist than nous in behavior token.The changes of moral personality of college students is the result of the act on each other between transformation of social style and correspondingly independency of moral. There for, we should construct the moral personality by conforming the matters and innovating our thinking, in order to promote the moral quality of college students.
