摘要
教学中学生之间的差异是客观存在的现象,教学活动只有面向学生的客观差异并有针对性地采取措施,才能促进全体学生得到最好的发展。文章通过对高校教学现状的分析,阐述了实施分层次教学的必要性和可行性,并结合实践教学,对分层次教学进行了总结与分析,对扩招后高等学校的教学有一定的借鉴作用。
<Abstrcat>The student's difference in teaching is objective phenomenon.So only when teaching faces with up students'objective difference and adopts measures relatively,does it can improve the best development of all the students.Though analysis of present situation of university teaching,this article illustrates the necessities and possibilities of gradation teaching,and summarizes and analyzes gradation teaching by combining with teaching practice .Thus it will be used for reference on university teaching of students expansion.
