摘要
目的观察苦碟子注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法69例2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变患者随机分为2组,治疗组37例,对照组32例,对照组给予降糖及大量维生素B12治疗,治疗组加用苦碟子注射液,效程2周,观察疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。结论苦碟子注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Sixty-nine cases with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=32) and the experimental group (n=37). Hypoglycemic agent and high-dose vitamin B (12) were used in all cases in two weeks. At the same time the patients in experimental group were served with Ixeris Sonchifolia Hance injection. The clinical curative effect was observed. Results Comparing with the control group, the curative effect in cure group was better(P<0.05) ,and there was no significant side effect. Conclusions There was important significance in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Ixeris sonchifolia Hance injection.
