射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速疗效及体会

Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation for Patients with Supraventricular Tachycardia

目的了解导管射频消融(RFCA)对阵发性室上性心动过速的治疗效果,并试图总结实用有效的常规消融方法。方法采用RFCA治疗36例阵发性室上性心动过速的患者。结果36例患者行RFCA,SVT消融成功率94.4%,右侧旁道消融成功率低于左侧旁道及房室结慢径消融的成功率(75%VS100%及92.3%;P均<0.05),随访(26.5±23.8)个月,2例复发再次消融成功。全组仅有2例并发症。结论提示导管射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速是有效的安全的,严格掌握适应症及操作技能,努力减少并发症是消融治疗的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)for patients with supraventricular tachycardia(SVT) and to explore a practical and effective ablation procedure. Methods RFCA was used for 36 cases with supraventricular tachycardia. Results The successful rate of ablation SVT was 94.4%. The successful rate of ablating right accessory pathway was lower than that of left accessory pathway and slow pathway (75% vs 100% and 92.3%, P<0.05).Two cases recurred and underwent ablation again during a mean follow up (26.5±23.8)months. Conclusions RFCA for patients with SVT is effective and safe.
