摘要
介绍了红外天文观测的意义及观测技术的发展过程,以PtSiIRCCD和HgCdTeIRFPA为例说明了红外焦平面阵列的工作原理,分析了研制红外探测器的技术难点,最后阐述了中国红外天文观测技术发展前景.
Infrared Astronomy observatory technology is the result of synthetical development of multi-subject, multi-domain technology. It is one of the most drastic direction in astronomy observatory research. Narrate the significance and development process of observatory technology of infrared astronomy, introduce the working principle of IRFPA by way of PtSi-IRCCD and HgCdTe-IRFPA, analysis the technical difficult points of manufacturing infrared detector, finally expatiate the development foreground of observatory technology of national infrared astronomy.
