子宫肌瘤124例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 124 Patients with Hysteromyoma

目的探讨子宫肌瘤手术治疗的术式选择。方法对我院124例子宫肌瘤患者的症状进行分析并对手术方式进行探讨。结果124例患者中有子宫肌瘤相关症状者82例,占66.12%。无临床症状42例,占33.88%,手术方式以全子宫切除为主,占69.35%。结论手术方式应根据患者年龄、对生育的要求决定并尽量保留卵巢功能。微创手术治疗子宫肌瘤值得推广。

Objective To investigate the method of the operation for hysteromyoma. Methods 124 patients with hysteromyoma were analyzed and researched on the method of operation. Results 82 patients have the symptom related to hysteromyoma (66.12%), 42 cases(33.88%) was asymptomatic. The main operation was total hysterectomy (69.35%). Conclusions The methods of operation were based on needs of the ages and the procreation of patients. Minimally incision operation is worth popularizing.
