Clinic Analysis of the Cholecystectomy by Peritoneoscope: A Report of 142 Cases

目的探讨提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术成功率的方法。方法对142例腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料做回顾性研究。结果142例中141例腹腔镜胆囊切除成功,1例中转开腹手术,无手术死亡。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术创伤小,恢复快,正确掌握手术适应症和手术时机,规范手术操作要点,是提高手术成功率的主要措施。

Objective To investigate the operation skills to improve the successful rate of cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope. Methods The hospitalizing data of 142 cases underwent cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among 142 cases, 141 cases underwent cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope successfully, and 1 case relay held the laparotomy. No surgery death occurred. Conclusions The small wound and quick reablement are the superiority of cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope. A thorough grasp of the operational indication and opportunity and normative operation are the main measures to improve the successful rate of cholecystectomy by peritoneoscope.
