The stateowned coal corporations in our country are mostly in the process of corporation modernization reformation. Because of the historical problems and some system reasons during the period of the economic change, there are many problems in the modes of corporation management. We must study them, improve the management of stateowned coal corporation, promoto the establishment of moden corporation system.
