摘要
通过在翻车机卸车系统上引入Profibus现场总线,对生产线进行改造,方便了系统的安装和维护,大大减少了系统的布线,有效地降低了工程造价。基于S7系列PLC的现场控制系统通过Profibus现场总线提高了系统的自动化操作程度,提高了设备的作业效率。
With the installation of Profibus fieldbus, assembly line is remaken, the installation and maintenance gets easier, systematic wiring is reduced, the cost of construction is cut down effectively. The Programmable Controller (PLC) makes the whole systems automated, and the efficiency increased.
