摘要
目的探索应用自体颗粒骨磷酸钙骨水泥复合细胞修复骨缺损的效果。方法分离、定向诱导和扩增骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs),观察其在体外培养的情况。体外复合自体颗粒骨与磷酸钙骨水泥,然后复合MSCs,并以电镜观察复合物在体外培养的情况。在动物模型中,以不同的复合物植入大鼠直径5mm的颅骨缺损,并于术后摄X线片及进行组织学观察。结果颗粒骨、CPC和MSCs的复合材料可以修复骨缺损,效果优于其他实验组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论颗粒骨、CPC和MSCs的复合材料可以再生骨组织,可以用于修复骨缺损。
Objective To study the efficiency of repairing the bone defect with the compound of autogenous morselized bone, calcium phosphate cement and mesenchymal stem cells. Methods MSCs was seperated, induced and proliferated in vitro. The mixture of morselized bone, CPC and MSCs were cultured and planted to the cranial defects in rats. Histological and X-ray examinations were performed after the operation. Results The compound can repair the defect effectively at 4 and 8 weeks and it is significantly than the other experimental groups. (P<0. 05) Conclusions The compound of morselized bone, CPC and MSCs can be used to repair the defect of bone.
