Valid Factors of Judicial Admissions on Civil Litigation and Legislative Improvement

对诉讼上自认成立要件学界看法不一,本文主要从成立要件角度对诉讼上自认的理论进行探讨,并结合我国立法实际,谈一些个人的相关建议。

There Is no consensus among scholars about the valid factors of judicial admissions. This article aims at studying the theory of judicial admissions from the point of valid factors, and presents some personal related suggestions, which is based on the actual legislation of Chinese litigation.
