摘要
主要研究了用高品位铝土矿代替氢氧化铝合成铝酸钡的制备方法及合成机理。用高铝矿与碳酸钡在温度为12 0 0℃,时间为80min ,分子比为1.1时,合成铝酸钡,其合成率99.5 %。并对合成的铝酸钡进行了X射线分析,表明与试验结果相符。
The barium aluminate’s combinative ways and combinative mechanism with high grade bauxite instead of aluminium hydroxide is investigated. Barium aluminate is combined by high grade bauxite and Barium carbonate in the conditions of 1200℃,80 minutes and molecular ratio (〔Aluminium〕/〔Baryta〕) 1.1. Its efficiency of combination can reach 99.5%. This barium aluminate is analysed by XRD, the results show that it reachs a good efficiency of combination.
