本文对敞开式阳极焙烧炉在我国的发展历史和现状作了较详细的回顾和介绍,全面分析了敞开式阳极焙烧炉目前存在的诸如:结构整体性较差、热耗较大、炉子使用寿命较短、使用后期产品质量不稳定等共性问题,就此提出了炉子设计方面的改进方向,并对炉子需要改进的具体结构、新材料选用、以及今后应进行的理论研究和试验内容等,作了较为详细的描述。对于确定今后我国敞开式阳极焙烧炉技术进步和开发研究的方向具有一定的借鉴作用。

The paper reviews and introduces the development history and current status of open type anode baking furnace in China.It also analyzes the existing problems such as inferior integrated structure,higher energy consumption,shorter lifetime and unstable quality of products.Based on the above issues it puts forward the improvements of structure for the furnace and selection of new materials as well as the research and test items to becarried out.It gives a reference to the development of the anode baking furnace.
