摘要
以1LF435A型翻转式双向犁为例,建立了立式油缸翻转机构的数学模型,并进行运动分析和受力分析,运用提出的6步翻转理论对其翻转过程进行了分析与计算机仿真。在6步翻转理论的基础上,以成功越中时液压油量的需求最小为目标函数,对翻转机构进行了优化设计。
Taking the 1LF435A reversible plow as an example, the mathematical model of the reversible mechanism of the vertical cylinder has been established and the movement and force of the mechanism has been analyzed in this paper. The movement of reversible mechanism has been sectionally studied and simulated according to the 6-step reversible theory. On the basis of the 6-step theory, the vertical cylinder reversible mechanism has been optimized with the objective function of minimum flow when successfully reversing.
