摘要
以室内试验为基础,结合3年来的生产性试验,研究了夏玉米成熟期籽粒的脱水规律以及脱粒质量与籽粒含水率、脱粒参数之间的关系。结果表明:联合收获的适宜条件是:玉米籽粒含水率小于30%,脱粒速度13.0~14.5m/s(400~450r/min)。北京地区10月上旬夏玉米籽粒含水率能够降到30%左右,因此只要措施得当,可以实现夏玉米联合收获作业。
The effects of the moisture content of corn kernels and the kernel damage rate on kernels dewatering rules and threshing quality of summer corn at maturity were studied based on the experimental results from both the laboratory and field tests. The field experimental result shows that summer corn can be harvested by a combine only when kernel moisture content is about 30% or lower, the optimum cylinder speed ranges from 13.0 to 14.5 m/s and the exit cylinder-concave clearance is 9-11 mm. The summer corn kernel moisture content can drop below 30% at the beginning of October in Beijing area, based on our study, therefore a combine harvesting with picking up and threshing is feasible for summer corn.
