摘要
提出了基于并行工程的车辆产品可靠性管理方法,使其系统地贯穿车辆产品的设计、试验、制造、检验、销售以及售后服务的全过程。重点分析在产品开发过程的各阶段应用基于并行工程的可靠性管理工作,并且将其应用于车架横梁断裂的失效原因分析、反馈和改进中。实例证明可以降低成本,缩短开发周期。
Reliable management works are related to all the processes of automobile product design, experimentation, manufacture, examination, selling, and service. In this paper a new management approach of automobile product reliability was developed based on the concurrent engineering. As an example of the concurrent engineering applications, the method was applied to the failure analysis, feedback and improvement of a bus frame, which lowered the costs effectively and shortened the executive cycle.
