摘要
利用ANSYS分析计算电容传感器的检测场灵敏度分布,采用两对极板交错放置的电容器和具有误差补偿功能的高频振荡器研制成一种新型的电容式两相流相浓度传感器。实验结果表明:该传感器具有较高的灵敏度和稳定性,以及较平坦的灵敏度场和较好的测量线性度,可望满足实际两相流相浓度的测量要求。
ANSYS is used to analyze the sensitivity distribution of sensing field in this paper. A configuration of capacitance electrods which provides a high and homogeneous capacitance sensitivity over the pipe cross section is constructed. A measuring circuit which has low baseline drift, high and stable sensitivity, immunity to stray capacitances and immunity to external electrical interface is designed. Through the test, a perfect performance measuring system for the phase concentration of gas-solid two phases flows is achieved.
