摘要
对平顶山洗煤泥的燃料特性以及结渣特性进行了研究,并在小型电加热流化床试验台上进行了结团燃烧试验,探讨了煤泥的结团强度随粒径、床温、停留时间等参数的变化关系。试验结果表明,粒块状煤泥具有良好的结团特性,在整个燃烧过程中都有较高的结团强度,采用异重结团流化床燃烧煤泥切实可行,从而为组织大型燃烧试验和锅炉设计提供了可靠有效的理论依据。
Coal quality and slagging characteristic were investigated of coal sludge in Pingdingshan Colliery Group, and combustion experiments in an electric heated laboratory scale fluidized bed combustor using coal sludge had been done. The influence of some factors, such as particle size, bed temperature and retention time etc, upon agglomeration strength of coal sludge has been studied. Results of experiments show that granular and blocky coal sludge has good agglomeration property, and it has upper agglomeration strength during combustion. It is feasible to adopt the technology of fluidized bed agglomeration combustion with high-density bed material to treat coal sludge. The results also provided valid basis for large-scale combustion test and boiler design.
