摘要
首次采用4.5t、3.7t大锭生产GCr15轴承钢,为消除大锭偏析和改善碳化物带状、液析,对大锭开坯加热工艺进行设计、试验探索,并不断地优化确立了较为合适的加热工艺,最后转化为正常生产工艺。
Heavy ingots have been used for producing GCr15 bearing steel for the first time. In order to eliminate segregation and improve carbide banding and carbide liquation in 4. 5-ton/3. 7-ton heavy ingots, a heating process has been designed and tested for blooming of heavy ingots for high carbon chromium bearing steel manufacturing. The process has been optimized during the trials and become a matured one for routine production.
