摘要
本文阐述了α-Ti中的纯钛管在热加工过程中随着加热温度的升高和加热时间的延长及炉内气氛控制不当造成的吸氢将严重影响冷加工工艺的执行,提出控制吸氢的措施及改进建议,为纯钛管冷加工生产提供依据。
This article analyzes the causes of hydrogen pick - up of pure titanium tube blanks of α-Ti alloy during the heating process. Elevated heating temperature, extended heating time and improper control of furnace atmosphere may lead to hydrogen pick-up, which has negative impact on the following cold working of the materials. Measures to control hydrogen pick-up have been put forward to provide favorable conditions for the cold working of pure titanium tubes.
