摘要
本文研究了不同的回火温度和不同的槽口加工方法对20CrMnTi齿轮钢冲击吸收功的影响。结果表明,砂轮片开槽加工方法最宜采用;钻头和拉刀的开槽加工方法有待改善。
Influences of different tempering temperatures and notching methods on absorbed-in-fracture energy of gear steel 20CrMnTi have been researched. The result shows that the notching method with grinding wheels is the best option, while the methods with drills and broaching tools need to be improved.
