摘要
本文研究了玻纤毡增强聚丙烯复合材料(GMT)成型过程中布料层数和操作工艺对流动行为的影响。结果表明,随着布料层数增加,流动面积增大,相同坯料质量时3层布料较单层布料流动总面积增加约30%。提高模腔温度和压力均有利于材料流动,适宜操作条件为模温80℃~90℃,压力15MPa以上。
The effects of blank plies and process operation on the flow behavior during compression molding of glass mat reinforced polypropylene (GMT) were investigated. The results showed that the flow area increased with the numbers of blank plies and the total flow area of three plies of blank was increased by 30% compared with the same weight of single blank layer. The higher molding pressure and temperature were in favor of the flow of melting GMT. The molding temperature of 80~90℃ and pressure of 15MPa and above were suitable for the compression molding.
