摘要
利用淀粉酶的专一性、环保性去除淀粉浆,采用正交试验的方法,优选了硅油柔软整理的最佳工艺,即硅油浓度4%、温度35℃、浴比1∶30、pH值5.0。实验结果表明纯棉牛仔布用淀粉酶+硅油整理,可使织物硬挺度显著下降,折皱弹性明显增加,获得滑爽的手感和良好的悬垂性。
The finishing technology in silicon oil softening of jean fabric is optimized by use of single-minded and environment-friendly analyse in getting rid of starch with the best finishing technology as: 4% silicon oil in concentration, 35℃ in temperature, 1∶30 in proportion of bath and 5.0 in PH. From the experimental result, it is found out that the fabric become softer, waxy feeling and good in drapeability. Meanwhile the crinkled elasticity increased obviously and the drop of the strength with in the receivable range.
