摘要
随着我国加入WTO,面对外国企业不断涌入中国大陆引起的对各类人才,特别是高级人才的巨大需求,国有企业的人才流失现象较为普遍,而且有逐年上升的趋势,文章从人力资源管理的角度,对人才流失现象进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策。
With China's entry into WTO and the increasing demand for talented people from foreign enterprises, the turnover of talented people in state-owned enterprise becomes more popular, and even increases every year. This essay from the aspect of the human resource managemet, analyses the phenomenon and presents the appropriate countermeasures.
