摘要
首先介绍将车辆自动识别技术应用于区域范围内构建电子篱笆系统的设想,并分别概述车辆自动识别技术的工作原理、电子篱笆系统的组成和运营原理,以及系统建成后所能具备的功能和实现的社会价值。然后,通过对长沙、株洲、湘潭三市的经济、交通等发展概况的介绍,说明了一体化不断推进的长、株、潭三市建立电子篱笆系统的可行性和前瞻性。最后,依次对长、株、潭三市和湘东区省界电子篱笆系统的初期规划,从路网现状、拟选基站(含信息采集基站、监控基站、用户对话基站)和备选基站几个方面做了论述。
Firstly, the application of Automatic Vehicle Identification(AVI) in establishing Chang-Zhu-Tan electronic fence system was put forward to present the operational principles of AVI and electronic fence system and to evaluate the functions and society value of it.Then, the feasibility and forecast of establishing electronic fence system were proved by the development of economy and traffic in the integrative construction of Chang-Zhu-Tan.Finally, the initial stage planning of electronic fence system in Chang-Zhu-Tan and eastern borderline of Hunan Province was introduced from traffic actuality,selection of base stations (including information-collection base station,stakeout base station,user-dialogism base station) and spare base stations.
