摘要
选择5个生长状况良好的禾本科草种,在0%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%的NaCl浓度下,砂培抗盐性试验结果表明:5个草种在0.5%NaCl浓度下,基本不受盐害,大部分能抗1.0%以下的NaCl浓度的胁迫,在2.0%的NaCl浓度下则大部分受到盐害,表明所选取的5个草种具有较强的抗盐性。根据耐盐系数值,可将供试种分成高抗、比较抗盐和对盐敏感3种类型。
Under the good condition of growing,five Gramineae cultivars were selected,and planted in pots of sand,their salt-tolerance was tested with nutrient solutions containing 0%,0.2%,0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%NaCl concentration.The results showed that the five cultivars could tolerate solutions of 0.5% NaCl concentration and could resist salt with 1.0%,most of them suffered NaCl injury with 2.0% salt concentration.This indicated that the 5 cultivars of grass had stronger resistance.The cultivars could be divided into three grades by slat-tolerant coefficient:high NaCl resistance,resistance,and sensitive to NaCl.
