摘要
在进行高速加工时,加工中心的刀具和刀杆的选用十分重要。本文运用ANSYS软件对一种模拟刀杆进行结构静力分析、模态分析,并对刀杆的部分尺寸作了优化设计,使其在满足强度、刚度和固有频率的约束条件下,达到重量最轻。
It is very important to choose the suitable cutting tool and arbor for machining center in high-speed machining (HSM). In this paper. by employing ANSYS,the structural static force and modal analysis about one kind of arbor is performed. Further more,the paper gives the optimized design about some dimensions of the simulated abbor with optimized objective of minimum weight, subjected to strength, stiffness and natural frequency requirement.
