利用机器视觉技术获取工业现场目标产品图象。通过图象预处理、图象分析,实现识别区域的动态划分。提出了一种高效图象模板匹配算法,实现工业产品的在线分类。

In order to realize the classification of products on-line ,this paper presents a real-time and efficient method by template matching that includes image acquisition,image pre-processing,image analysis and partition of recognition area.
