摘要 分光光度法是测定痕量铂最广泛使用的方法之一,若丹宁类试剂是优良的显色剂。作者合成了一种新型若丹宁显色剂—2-羟基萘-1-亚甲基若丹宁(HNR),研究了HNR与Pt的显色反应,在HCl介质中,吐温-80存在下,HNR与Pt反应生成2:1稳定络合物,体系的λmax=540nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.02×105L·mol-1·cm-1。铂含量在0.05~2.0μg/mL内符合比尔定律,本方法可用于催化剂中铂的测定,结果满意。 Spectrophotometry is one of the most widely used methods for determination of trace Pt, the rhodanine compounds are excellent colouration agent. In the present paper, a new colouration agent, the 2-hydroxy-1-naphthalrhodanine(HNR) was synthesized, the color reaction of platinum with HNR was studied. In the presence of hydrochloric acid solution and Tween-80 medium, SBDR reacted with platinum to form a stable 2:1 complex. The molar absorptivity was 1.02×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 540 nm. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~2 μg/mL. This method can be applied to the determination of platinum in catalysts with good results.
