本文阐述了吉林省东部山区农村科技(星火)信息化发展的基本情况和建设中遇到的问题,分析研究其建设原则与方法,并对今后的建设提出了发展路线。

This paper expounds the current situation of(SP) rural scientific IT application and the problems faced with in construction in Mountain area of the east of Jilin province, and analyses and researches its construction priciple and method, and forecast it's development route in the future.
