龙滩水电站机电设备管理的思路与体会

Thought and experience of mechanical and electric equipment management of Longtan Hydropower Station

提高大型水电工程施工设备的装备水平并通过有效管理来提高设备的完好率和利用率,是降低工程施工成本和缩短工期的有效途径。针对水电工程的规模和机构组织特点,采用适合的设备管理模式,有利于机电设备管理机制的有效运作,减少设备采购成本,保证设备选型、采购、运储、安装、试验、移交程序的畅通。

This paper introduces some effective ways enhancing equipment level of large hydropower project, improving availability of equipment and utilization ratio of equipment through the efficient managements means. These ways can reduce engineering construction cost and shorten construction period. In light with the scale of project and characteristics of organizations, proper management patterns of equipment are favorable to effective operation of equipment management mechanism and can cut purchase cost and guarantee a free passage of equipment selection, purchase, transport, storage, installation, test, transfer.
