Contract management is a core of the whole project management in Longtan Hydropower Project. The Owner and the Supervisor have set up an effective organization with sufficient personnel and clear management duties that conform both to the international practices and Chinese concrete conditions. Strictly following up with construction contract is a common duty for both sides of contract, and claim is the right enjoyed by both sides. Earnestly completing the management work of claim and counter claim, protecting legally one's own benefits in a bid to make each project perfect and satisfied is the target for both sides.
