摘要
龙滩水电站引水压力钢管在吊运、装车过程中,因出现刚度不足问题导致钢管无法正常出厂。通过模拟钢管在各种工况下的试验,改进了内支撑结构,并提出在压力管道设计时,在满足结构计算分析和运行安全的前提下,管壁厚度和加劲环高度适当取下限值,安装、运输及混凝土浇筑时的刚度则通过内支撑来加强。该设计方案具有很好的经济价值和技术含量,值得推广。
In the hoisting and loading to the truck, the diversion pressure steel pipe for the Longtan Hydropower Station, due to the shortage of rigidity, cannot be transported. Based on tests on the model steel pipe, its internal support structure has been improved. Then this paper puts forward that in the design of pressure steel pipe, the thickness of pipe wall and the height of bracing ring can adopt its low limits under the prerequisite of meeting the needs of structure calculation and analysis and operation safety. Meanwhile its rigidity in the manufacturing, transportation and placement can be strengthened by its internal support. Such design scheme has good economic value and technical content so that it is worthy while popularization.
