小浪底水电站机组压油系统优化

摘要 小浪底水电站原机组的压油系统的油泵设计为连续运行方式,但在实际运行中油温过高。为了使机组压油系统油温保持在正常范围,改善设备运行环境,小浪底水电站对机组压油系统油泵运行方式进行了技术改造。改造后,油温控制在正常范围,油质变好,节约了大量电能,提高了机组的可靠性,确保了机组安全稳定运行。 In order to make oil temperature in normal cycle and improve the equipment operation environment, the operating manners of oil pressure system of generator unit has been changed. Then oil temperature gets normal and oil quality gets better so that a large amount of energy has been saved. Consequently the reliability of generating unit has been improved and it runs well.
