摘要
介绍陶粒的膨胀机理、膨胀温度范围,分析陶粒回转窑内结块、结圈的原因,建议采取选用或调整原料、外掺高熔性细料、优化煤粉燃烧系统、提高看火操作水平等有效措施,解决窑内结块、结圈问题,以提高生产效率和陶粒膨胀率,有效节约能耗。
The expansion mechanism and expansion temperature range of ceramisite were introduced in the paper. Reasons for the formation of lumps and rings in rotary ceramisite kiln were analyzed by the author. Furthermore, the author put out his suggestions on how to solve the problems of lumps and rings in order to improve production efficiency and expansion rate of ceramisite and save energy. These suggestions included adjusting raw materials, the addition of high melting fine aggregates, optimizing the fire system of coals and improving the operation level of burner man.
