本文介绍一种保温、防水、装饰一体化外保温技术——TS保温防水装饰干挂外保温成套技术。该技术以环保型泡沫聚氨酯为主,同时应用XPS、EPS、PU等保温材料,以及应用PU和PVC复合薄板、人工合成石材薄板、铝塑板、彩色金属板、纤瓷板、搪瓷瓦等多种墙面、屋面装饰材料。上述各种装饰板和保温材料进行多种组合,现场直接浇注PU或工厂化生产保温防水装饰一体化复合型材,既可做外墙保温,也可做屋面保温,施工无湿作业。

The whole set technique integrated with external thermal insulation, water proof and dry-fasten finish was introduced in the paper. Green cellular polyurethane was the main material, while accessorial materials included XPS, EPS or PU thermal insulation materials, PU or PVC composite thin panels, manmade stone thin panels, colorful metal panels, fiber boards and enamel tiles and other roof or cladding decoration materials. All these decoration and insulation materials can be fitted together with several methods. Cast-in-place PU and compound shaped materials made in factory with functions both insulation and water proof, can be used in exterior wall insulation and in roof insulation as well. Furthermore, this construction method avoided wet jobs.
