摘要 研究提取不同粒径青黛的溶出情况。考察了以氯仿为溶剂,青黛的一次提取,三次提取,超声提取,实验表明随青黛粉体粒径的减小,一次提取的平衡浓度和速率都会增加。随温度的升高,粒径减小对青黛中靛蓝的一次提取平衡浓度影响更为显著。三次提取时,靛玉红提取率随粒径减小增加明显。推断超细粉体对提取含量小的组分,或发挥小含量的组分药效更有价值。长时间超声提取,提取液中靛蓝、靛玉红浓度会再次升高。 The extraction of indigo naturalis powder with different diameters was studied. Chloroform was used as solvent. Once or thrice extraction and ulrasonic extraction experiments were conducted. It was found that the smaller the powder particle size is, the bigger the equilibrium concentration and the equilibrium rate in one-shot are. Higher temperature and smaller particle size are beneficial for the extraction of indigo from the indigo naturalis powder . In thrice extraction experiments, the amount of indirubin in the extract increased with the decrease of the powder average size. It can be concluded that ultra-fine powder can contribute to the extraction of minor components. During long time ultrasonic extraction, the yield of indigo and indirubin are increased.
