环氧树脂/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的介电性能研究 被引量:18

摘要 采用插层聚合法制备了环氧树脂(EP)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了该纳米复合材料的结构,并用阻抗分析仪等研究了其介电性能。结果表明:EP/MMT纳米复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗随有机蒙脱土质量分数的增加有一个最低值,介电常数随频率的升高而降低。 Epoxy(EP)/Montmorillonite(MMT)nanocomposites are prepared by means of polymerˉization intercalation.The structure of the nanocomposite is characterized with XRD and TEM.At the same time,the dielectric properties are investigated with current impedance measurement,etc.The results indicate that there is a lower dielectric constantε r as well as a lower dielectric loss tanδwith the increase of organic-MMT content,andε r decreases with increase of frequency and tanδremaines constant in the high-frequency region.
