变频电机用漆包线绝缘耐脉冲电压强度测试装置的研制 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了所研制的漆包线绝缘耐脉冲电压强度测试装置的工作原理和性能指标。根据脉冲宽度调制(PWM)电压波形的特性,确定了PWM模拟发生器的脉冲电压参数。该装置输出的脉冲方波幅值1.6~-1.6kV连续可调,频率20kHz,方波宽度20.15μs ,方波电压上升时间空载16.2ns ,满载25ns ,可同时测量五个绞线对试样,还具有自动保护、自动记时功能。测试结果表明:测试装置的主要性能达到国际同类测试仪的先进指标。 The parameters of electrical pulse voltage in a simulative generator are determined on the basis of pulse width modulation(PWM)of voltage wave in inverter-fed motor.The work principle of test system developed for endurance of electrical pulse strength of electrical insulaˉtion is presented.It is shown by the measurement results that the main properties of our test system reach to those of advanced product abroad.Moreover,the test system satisfies the deˉmand of quality evaluation of magnet wire insulation used in inverter-fed motor at home.
