The whole language approach aims to produce learners who can negotiate, make and communicate meaning. To achieve this goal, it suggests that language be involved in cooperative learning, in which learners use the target language by interacting with the teacher and peer learners .The whole language approach means an alternative for reforming our foreign language instruction, esp. at the college level.
