摘要
目的建立布洛芬中残留乙醇和1,2-二氯乙烷的顶空进样气相色谱法测定方法。方法色谱柱为HP-624(长30m,内径为0.53mm,膜厚3.0μm,固定液为6%-氰丙基苯基聚硅氧烷-94%-二甲基聚硅氧烷)。氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为260℃,进样口温度140℃。结果乙醇的线性范围为5.0~603.6μg,r=0.9996,回收率为95.2%,RSD=2.4%(n=6)。1,2-二氯乙烷的线性范围为0.026~5.2μg,r=0.99999,回收率为101.4%,RSD=3.9%(n=6)。乙醇与1,2-二氯乙烷之间的分离度为R=18.8。结论该方法简单、准确。
Objective A head-space GC method for determination of alcohol and 1,2-dichloroethane in Ibuprofen was established.Methods HP-624 column(6%-cyanopropylphenyl-94%-dimethylpolysiloxane stationary phase,length 30m,I.D.0.53mm,film 3.0μm) was used.Flame-ionization detector temperature was 260℃ and injection port temperature was 140℃.Results The linear range of alcohol was 5.0~603.6μg,r=0.9996.The recovery rate of alcohol was 95.2%,RSD=2.4%(n=6).The linear range of 1,2-dichloroethane was 0.026~5.2μg,r=0.9999.The recovery rate of 1,2-dichloroethane was 101.4%,RSD=3.9%(n=6).The resolution between alcohol peak and 1,2-dichloroethane peak was 18.8.Conclusion The method was simple and accurate.
