咳喘宁冲剂的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Kechuanning Chongji by TLC

目的建立咳喘宁冲剂的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中的麻黄、枳实、地骨皮进行定性鉴别。结果在TLC鉴别中能检出麻黄、枳实、地骨皮。结论该法简便、准确,可作为控制咳喘宁冲剂质量的方法。

Objective To establish a quantity standard for Kechuanning Chongji.Methods TLC was used to identify Herba Ephedrae,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Cortex Lycii.Results Herba Ephedrac,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Cortex Lycii were identified by TLC.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Kechuanning Chongji.
