舒心颗粒对大鼠急性实验性心肌缺血的影响

Effect of Shuxin Granules on mice acute experimental myocardial ischemia

目的观察舒心颗粒对大鼠急性实验性心肌缺血的影响。方法结扎大鼠冠状动脉造成急性心肌缺血模型。结果舒心颗粒4.0、2.0、1.0g·kg-1一次性灌胃给药,能使升高的∑ST明显降低,缩小大鼠心肌缺血面积,降低大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CPK)及肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)活性。结论舒心颗粒对大鼠心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。

Objective To study the effect of Shuxin Granules on mice acute experimental myocardial ischemia.Methods By ligating the mice coronary artery creates the model of its acute (experimental) myocardial ischemia.Results By ig at dosage of 4.0,2.0 and 1.0 g·kg -1 once respectively,Shuxin Granules can obviously decrease the raised ∑ST,the area of mice myocardial ischemia,the activities of creatine kinase (CK) and its isozyme (CK-MB) in mice serum.Conclusion Shuxin Granules gives significantly protective effect on mice myocardial ischemia.
